• Once your account is set up, select the active auction and place your bids as desired.
• The item currently displayed on screen is the item being auctioned at that time.
• When the auction and/or livestream concludes, you will receive an invoice detailing your winning items.

TroveOfCollectibles – Auction Terms & Conditions

By registering for an account, placing a bid, or participating in any auction or livestream conducted by TroveOfCollectibles (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and place bids.
1.2 By participating, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Account Registration
2.1 Participation in auctions requires the creation of a Shopify account.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3. Auction Process
3.1 The item displayed on screen during the livestream is the active auction item at that time.
3.2 All bids submitted constitute binding offers to purchase.
3.3 The highest accepted bid at the close of bidding shall be deemed the winning bid.
3.4 The Company reserves sole discretion to: Reject or cancel bids; Resolve bidding disputes; Reopen or restart bidding due to technical errors, stream interruptions, or clerical mistakes; Cancel auctions in cases of suspected fraud or misconduct.
3.5 Due to possible stream latency, final bid determination is at the sole discretion of the Company

4. Binding Agreement & Non-Payment
4.1 A winning bid constitutes a legally binding purchase agreement.
4.2 Following the conclusion of the livestream, the winning bidder will receive an invoice reflecting all items won and applicable charges.
4.3 Payment is due promptly upon receipt of invoice.
4.4 Failure to remit payment may result in:Cancellation of the order;Suspension or permanent termination of account privileges;Restriction from future auctions.
4.5 The Company reserves the right to pursue any lawful remedies for non-payment.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.
5.2 By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5.3 Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested using transaction records, auction logs, invoices, and recorded livestream footage. 

6. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
6.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Applicable sales tax will be applied where required by law.
6.3 International buyers are solely responsible for customs duties, tariffs, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by their jurisdiction.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
7.1 U.S. Shipping: 2–5 business days (estimated).
7.2 International Shipping: Approximately 7 business days (estimated; carrier dependent).
7.3 Shipping fees range from $1–$10 depending on order size and destination.
7.4 Orders are shipped only after confirmed payment.
7.5 Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
7.6 The Company is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of its control

8. Item Condition & Sales Finality
8.1 All items are sold “as shown” during the livestream.
8.2 Buyers are responsible for reviewing item condition prior to placing a bid.
8.3 Raw (ungraded) cards may contain minor wear unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8.4 Graded cards are sold based solely on the grade assigned by the grading authority. No guarantees are made regarding future grading outcomes or market value.
8.5 Except as expressly stated in Section
9, all sales are final.

9. Refunds & Claims
9.1 Refunds may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion upon sufficient evidence of error or misrepresentation.
9.2 Any claim must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
9.3 Photo or video documentation required.
9.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused directly by the Company
9.5 The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
10.1 Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported promptly.
10.2 Resolution is subject to carrier investigation and shipping provider policies.
10.3 The Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

11. Conduct & Enforcement
11.1 Participants must conduct themselves respectfully in livestream chats and communications.
11.2 Harassment, fraud, collusion, bid manipulation, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal and permanent ban.
11.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TroveOfCollectibles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in auctions, purchase of goods, or livestream activities.

13. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, fulfillment, and communication purposes. The Company does not sell personal data.
